Our History
No matter how high we climb, we never forget where we came from.
Trinity was created in January 2004 through a merger involving Property Maintenance Services (PMS) and Consortium of Black Contractors (CBC). The enterprise created enabled the merger of experience and diversity.

Consortium of Black Contractors (CBC)
CBC was a funded organisation; its prime objective was to promote BME contractors to compete professionally for mainstream work. The scrutiny and probity required to receive such funding gave CBC, and subsequently TPM, acknowledgement within publications such as Embracing Diversity Publication (pg 18). CBC has also had articles published by the Construction Manager and Housemark professional magazines.
Property Maintenance Services (PMS)
PMS had over 20 years of working with the RSL sectors. Through achieving high standards, they were continuously headhunted for inclusion onto RSL approved contractor’s lists.

Since our venture into the insurance industry in 2015 we've taken on a wide range of claims such as escape of water, fire and flood restoration, to subsidence and impact damage.
