By promoting an inclusive culture that determines customer satisfaction through a professional value for money service delivery TPM is a unique contracting and maintenance company.

Trinity staff have over 35 years experience, of working within the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and the private sector from new build, development, insurance work, through to major refurbishment and repair works.

TPM staff have over 35 years experience, of working within the Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and the private sector from new build, development, insurance work, through to major refurbishment and repair works.

TPM was created in January 2004. Through the merger involving Property Maintenance Services (PMS) and Consortium of Black Contractors (CBC). The enterprise created enabled the merger of experience and diversity.

PMS had over 20 years of working with the RSL sectors. Through achieving high standards, they were continuously headhunted for inclusion onto RSL approved contractor’s lists.

CBC was a funded organisation; its prime objective was to promote BME contractors to compete professionally for mainstream work. Please see link for further information, CBC website The scrutiny and probity required to receive such funding gave CBC, and subsequently TPM, acknowledgement within publication such as Embracing Diversity Publication (pg 18). CBC has also had articles published by the Construction Manager and Housemark professional magazines.

TPM understands optimum customer satisfaction as a key to growth through continuity of work and recommendations.

Our focus is continually developing TPM through high quality service provision, whilst attracting additional customers through new channels. The quality of TPM’s personal service is achieved by ‘getting it right first time’. TPM aims to build upon its current high standing within the sector to propel our aims and objectives dominated by efficiency, excellence and diversity.
